Returns & Exchanges
You are unhappy with something? No worries, you can exchange or return your unpacked product. This also applies for damaged articles. Let us know of your intention to return your not unpacked product in writing and within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Here's how to proceed :
1. You must notify Coco Village by email at email@example.com about your intention to return your product within 48 hours after your order was delivered.
2. We will get back to you within 48 hours and provide you with a return form that you will have to fill out. If you return your order because it is damaged, we will need you to take a few pictures of the flaw.
3. Then, you'll be ready to return your not unpacked item in its original package, with its original tags, accessories or essential parts and with the return form completely filled in. Please note that we're free to accept or deny any return which doesn't suit our terms: items returned without original package, labels, accessories or essential parts, package which doesn't contain the return form completely filled out, visibly used items, or damaged items. If you are returning your purchase specifically because it is damaged, make sure you notified us of the defection before your return the product, otherwise we might not be able to provide a full refund or an exchange.
Return & original shipping cost
You also need to know that all shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer and they won’t be refunded as well as the initial shipping cost. The customer has to use a tracked shipping method, otherwise we will decline any responsibility if it gets lost in the mail. If you return or exchange your product because it is damaged, we will, of course, cover the return shipping fees.
Returning a presale priced product
Orders made during a presale event at a special presale price cannot be canceled or returned.
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If you have to make a warranty claim, please contact us and we will guide you trough the process.
